The most important document for us is your CV, as it gives us a good overview of your career to date and your qualifications. You can easily upload your CV in our application portal: ideally a PDF document, a maximum length of 2 pages and the presentation of your previous stations in chronological order (divided into school, training/studies and practical/professional experience as well as further training, if applicable). The more information you include (knowledge of languages and various programmes, but also your leisure interests, voluntary activities, a photo, etc.), the more comprehensive the picture we can gain of you.

In addition to the CV, it helps us if you provide other documents, certificates of further education and above all references (school/training/professional certificates). We do not necessarily require a cover letter, but this can also be very valuable for us if it contains additional information beyond the CV (e.g. the reasons for the application, the next possible starting date, salary expectations, etc.).

We are looking forward to getting to know you! You have been invited for an interview because, based on your documents, we have come to the conclusion that you have an exciting profile and that you have the professional qualifications required for the position.

First and foremost, our interview is about getting to know each other so that we can better assess whether we are a good fit for each other. It is important for both sides to find out whether you fit well into the team and whether you meet the requirements for the position – just as you need to find out for yourself whether ADKL as an employer and the position for which you have applied match your expectations.

It is also helpful if you find out about ADKL and the position in advance (e.g. via our website, our social media profiles on LinkedIn and Xing) and think about topics that interest you and ask us specific questions during the interview.
